Is 31psi at idle okay (fuel)?

My fuel pressure is 31 psi at idle, is that okay?

I did a search and found many differing opinions on what it should be, so I thought I'd ask again.

At idle with the vacuum line connected, you are within the spec of 28-33 psi.

The 39 psi figure you have probably seen is a static pressure to be obtained with the pump running and the engine off.
