i had a suggestion to make a thread like this where you post your name, your age, where you live(in Iowa or surrounding states), what you drive, what you like to do with ur SHO(s), and your hobbys.

Location: ****, Iowa (near Waterloo/Cedar falls)
What I drive: a 1994 ATX SHO, used to drive a 92 SLO and 93 Ford Aerostar(oh yea! )
What i like to do with my SHO: drive it, put more lights on(i like ******* people off ), work on it, try to get more performance, you know the regular stuff
My Hobbys: The SHO (of course!), Ford Trucks, Hunting, Muddin, workin on cars, sleeping, watching football, partying, XBOX, car stereos and wiring, and the ladies.

a 92 sho(mtx) and a 95 tbird sc(auto... we dont say mtx or atx; just auto or manual)
What drove me to buy my sho you ask:
I needed a winter/daily driver and for the price i couldn't beat it. in addition i like owning ford's limited production oddity vehicles!
What i like to do with my SHO:
at the moment nothing. I need to get the sucker fixed. i have everything necessary to do so, just a matter of time! after that it'll be simple bolt-ons and keeping up on the maintainence, which is enough work on it's own!
My Hobbys:
asides from working on my cars i like watching movies and helping my friends with their cars. Oh yeah- i like hanging out with my gf as well
Ideas for the Iowa club:
arrange an unofficial member list compiled from the info here; word of mouth, etc. then email all possible members for a meet. at that meet discuss membership fees, apparel, decals, meets, etc. and go from there

What I Like To Do With My SHO: I love to go cruisin with my Mom haha. I like to mess around with all the little Eclipses, Civics and everything that has a "FART PIPE" .
Hobbies: Hunting, Fishing, my and my brother's SHO's.

I would just plain love the idea of an IOWA SHO club. That would be so awesome to have all the SHO's in Iowa cruisin' through the crappy Chevy and Rice Burner towns. OMG. I could just see it now All of the SHO's in iowa going down the interstate and lord knows we'd see something with a fartpipe that we could stare at and laugh. GREAT IDEA

I dont own a SHO but I am curious if anyone on here has a white SHO with clear corners and a custom tag that said "ROBS SHO" that was in Dubuque tuesday night.

I dont see many decent cars around here and this one was pretty clean and sounded like it possibly had an exhaust of some kind. A friend of mine used to have a couple of them (all got wrecked I belive) so I was just curious if it was anyone on here.

I like to mess around with all the little Eclipses, Civics and everything that has a "FART PIPE"

Care to try picking on my Talon's (twin of an Eclipse if you dont know) "Fart pipe"?

hehe...u have a fart pipe....it doesnt bother me that it can beat me (im betting its turbo cuz i see a intercooler) it still goes AROOMAZOOM ZOOM! id hammer u all day about ur big ol turd cannon out the back o that thing.

Nah, I just put that on there cause all the fast cars have one...

While the car does make alot of interesting noises, its not because of the muffler

id hammer u all day about ur big ol turd cannon out the back o that thing.

While I realize most of you here would **** anyone putting anything larger than a 2.5" tipped muffler on thier car and I will agree that the vast magority of fart pipes are 2.25" inlet, 5" tip with a full stock exhaust, the pipe leading up to that 4" tipped muffler on my car is a full 3 inches in diamater. A 2.5" muffler would be a sizeable restriction for me so the smallest tip I could find on a muffler with a 3" inlet was 4 inches. But since you probobly only need a 2.25" exhaust pipe to run a what, 15 second quarter or so these things run stock? you can get by with a smaller inlet muffler and hence smaller tip.

I'll see ya at the track... we'll see who does the hammering



Anyway... Apparantly nobody knows who owns the car I saw? I cant belive there would be too many sho's in the area with a tag that said "robs sho"
