I have been talking to several companies about making new headlights for the SHO and the Taurus. The only company that would talk to me about it was APC. They said that we need 250 for them to consider it, of course more is better. I realise that it is a pretty big number but I think with 6000 people we could get them, considering they are not made, in the aftermarket sense. So I am looking for intrest to see if we can get enought people. I know some people like to wait and see, well we cant do it this time. Either we get enought people and it goes through or we never get headlights made.

So this is to get intrest for headlights for the Gen2 Taurus SHO and Sable.

They will be Euro style and cost around $350 for a set. They will be made by APC.

If you are interested please put what number you are in the list, go off the person above you, put your Forum name and your real name. Please leave contact information or email it to me. This would need to be at least an email address, as not everyone has it listed. If this goes through I want everyone to step up for it. I will keep up the list but go off of the most recent post.

Only put yourself down if you are intrested and will be able to afford it. I do not want to say we have 250 and only 10 people pay.

Please let everyone know, on other forums or just poeple you know. If they are not on the forum post for them. If you want more then one set put yourself down twice. Only post in one forum. Lets get this going!

This would be awesome to have as an option. I have a question, can you talk them down a little bit on the 250 people thing? I highly doubt we could get that much. Maybe half of that. Just trying to help.

Already tried it. So I figured, it would be better to try then to not try at all.

Yes, what is 'euro style'? They're not carbon fiber, are they?
You may want to post this on the TCCA boards, too.

and would we have any control over the type of projectors? obviously something for an easy/good HID retrofit is ideal...

any thought of selling them on ebay? i dont know anyones situation but i figure if some money could be fronted it would be more than easy to get it back that way. the problem is, noone can front that kinda money (i know i cant) 250 X 350 = 87500 dollars

I could be insterested. But I would have to see something first. I dont like the idea of having a clear headlight while the fishtank and corner lense remain with a ridged lense.

Well it would be a while before we could actually see what it looks like. I could see about the fishtanks, but That would be if we get the people.

We might have some control over the style.

What about talking to them about rear taillights? The GB for that went south. But with all the people who posted on it. I think there was more then enough people who said they would like aftermarket tails... just thought i would throw that out there
