I was noticing last night that the Driver door window LOCK switch does NOT illuminate.

Do I have a bad switch or is there no back light in that switch. Every other button lights up. I think it would be odd if this one didn't as well.

:shrug:Ya-noh, I don't recall if it lights up or not, but I will check it out when I get home from work and find out!

Mine doesn't light up at all either. No matter if you flick them on or off, the "toggle" switch is not lighting.

Yes it does light up internally, when the headlights are on. The multi colored ambient lighting provided in the new SHO has an LED that lights up the "cove" in the door that houses the lock/unlock toggle as well as the window switches, negating a need to illuminate the switch independently when the headlights are not on I suppose. Thats my story and I'm sticking to it!
