Intake Sensor Chip/Upgrade

Has anyone tried any of these "Intake sensor chips" that advertise a 20 HP gain? I have been checking these out on ebay (there are a lot of them). I don't know how to add a link but if you just go to ebay and search "SHO" you will find them. My question is, are they for real? Do they actually work? Anyone have any recomendations on this?

BTW- Don’t try to make you computer see anything but what is really happening. You'll just end up screwing yourself over in the end
