I'm showing a bank 1 intake leak. Of course new gaskets are pretty much out of the question from what I've come up with. Any suggestions on how to seal this thing up? I've probably had the intake off a half dozen times before it started acting up.

How exactly are you "showing" an intake leak on bank 1?
Old gaskets can be cleaned up and sprayed liberally with engine paint and be good as new.
