Yes, i decided to clean out intake. Once i cleaned it all out and was replacing it, "snap". It was the last bolt that I was tightening. happy, happy, joy joy! does anyone know what the exact size and grade of the bolt? Also, I looked up the part# for the valve cover and plug seals at Autozone but it doesn't exist. It does exist at partsamerica.com. for like $94. is this correct or is there a cheaper place for this kit. It was the fel-pro kit. Thanks again!

Sorry to hear about the bolt. I get the impression that you weren't using a torque wrench. Always use a torque wrench.

You can get the Fel-Pro VS50378R seal set through AutoZone.com. Just look it up for a 1991 SHO in the engine external section.

Which bolt? One of the 12 long ones, or one of the short ones?

You won't be able to buy a new intake bolt anywhere. Find someone in the classifieds who's parting an engine and get a new one and some spares.

i need to find some soon. I am unable to drive her until I find any. So, if anyone knows where I could get some of the 12mm long intake bolts, please let me know.

There were a few intakes for sale from parts cars in the classifieds section here. If they can't help try e-mailing Josh at Sho Nut to see if he has any extra he'd be willing to sell.
