Put jackstands under the body just behind the rear subframe mounts and bolts.
For the front bushings, I placed the jack under the front center of the subframe, right in front of the starter.
I installed the front bushings and bolts, but just put the bolts in snug, then backed them off two turns. This allows some flex for dropping the rear of the subframe.
To do the rear SFBs, the jack can be placed under either side of the subframe (it doesn't matter) just forward of the rear SFBs and bolts. Remove the bolts and lower the jack a couple of inches, allowing the SF to drop until there is enough clearance to remove the old SFBs and install the new ones.
Here's an important tip: If you do not have a flex-pipe connector for your exhaust, you should plan on disconnecting the cat-back from the y-pipe. If you do not, you run a great risk of damaging the joint or the donut. I damaged both.
Install the new SFBs and use the jack to raise the SF back up. Do not use the bolts to raise it. Align the SF, then torque the bolts to the proper values. Re-check/re-torque the bolts after a few weeks.
Take the car off the jackstands and go for a ride. You'll be amazed at the difference if your old SFBs were worn out!
