I rebuilt all of my power window motors, got the rear two working again. I installed the driver window works no problem but im having problems with the passenger motor. Everytime I get it in place it seems to jam up and not move. The motor works fine on its own and the window goes up and down fairly easy. I pried it out, maybe I bent something, I dont know Im stumped..

Check that the glass is not binding in the guides. Loosen the guides one turn from the door and see if it will go up and down.

Remove door panel, find the nuts, turn them counterclockwise.
There's one on the bottom left. Start there.

I agree with Tom, sounds like it's off track. Sometimes it does this, when stuff is moving all of the time
