No sealant.

Lightly oiled threads only.


This is correct. Lightly oil the threads, both sides of the washer, and under the bolt head.

The V6 bolts are re useable. I have done it MANY times.

The V6 head bolts are indeed TTY, but the torque required to stretch the bolts is higher than the torque needed to properly secure the heads to the block.
