I have a 93 w/premium sound. I pulled the stock head out and cut the big blue wire going to the back of it, thinking that it was just the amp wire. As soon as I clipped it, I lost all interior lights such as dome light ,door panel lights, and my keyless entry wont work now. I cannot get into my trunk now because my key wont work on the inside or outside. What did I do? and how do I fix it?

sounds to me like you popped a fuse. there's a reason the pros say to disconnect the battery when doing a stereo install. also, bear in mind that factory wire colors don't follow the aftermarket color scheme...for example, your hot lead's yellow and black rather than just yellow...food for thought.
