Installing adjustable pedals

Soon I'm going to be upgrading my 2010 MKS to the big brakes. I was thinking while I was at it I would swap in the power adjustable pedals. They didn't come on the 2010 MKS. Has anyone attempted this and have any idea of what's involved?

Without knowing a damn thing, I apologize but was thinking maybe it's worth poking around under the dash to see if there may be what looks to be an open connection in the harness in hopes of a plug and play...
