Can anyone tell me if the 30# INJECTORS from a SC thunderbird will work in the 3.0 fuel rails?

They will not. You have to modify the SHO rails to work

Yup , plus your car will not idle without a proper tune with a tweecer.

What kind of power can those injectors handle?

About 325hp I'd say. Depends on a lot on whether it's supercharged or turbocharged and how.

From a 3.2 SHO, yes.

If you're looking for some better injectors, the later model supercoupes (95+ I think) had 36lb injectors, but again they wont fit in the stock rail.
