Injector problems

I have a 2010 SHO and had 1 injector go bad. Dealer indicated not common. About a month later two other injectors went bad. Dealer said they had carbon on them suggested I keep fuel tank half full at a minimum. I did install programmer and drove on 89 Octane for 50-60 miles. had a engine fart so I unloaded program and was wondering if this is what caused injectors to go bad. Dealer insists it is not common

From what I seen over these forums, it isn't common for the injectors to fail. But all the failures I remember have only been 2010's and had very low miles.
