Info needed on 80maf and LPM combo

I just sent my Lpm back to Ted . He said there was a problem between the LPM and the MAF. He also said he knew how to fix it. i guess he will reprogram it with the proper adjustments. My question is this.
Has anyone ever had this done and could they tell the difference after they recieved their LPM back?
I'm still waiting on mine to return.
