Those are sweet as **** looking!! I want a set! Be cautious of that coating though. I used a high temp powdercoating for my shorty headers on my F-150 and they still flaked and rusted up after a while. Great job on them bro. You got skills to pay the bills!:woo-hoo:

Yes, just to give a reference : my Autometer EGT can show as high as 1400 F on a long grade up hill without boost. I believe the Eastwood stuff is only good to 1300 F.

On ebay , type "hotcoat hi temp" in the search bar. It should come up with 6 results. This is done with th 80$ eastwood hotcoat gun.

All you need after that is a big enough oven , note that you cant use the one you use at home for food. I grabbed one for free and slammed it in the garage. All I had to do is make a connection for it in the electric panel (220V oven connector).

Hey Doug, I have a set of these I will be installing soon. What is the red sealant you used on the slip joints? Thanks alot, Kevin.

These headers sell for $1200 for the headers themselves. In the pictures I posted, we made a custom flexible coupling and converter (GA emissions) that connected to the cat-back system. Turned out pretty sweet.

When assembling them, we use a super high temps silicone, but your basic Chevy Orange High Temp silicone should do the trick.
