Hi all,

 I'm new here and I need some help finding the part numbers for Fuel Filter for my '93 3.2L ATX. also, I need to replace my spark plug wires, and I would like to know which set is better, the AC-Delco 16826Q or the Motorcraft WR-4033 "cable set," or if there is a better better set out there what is it? Finally what special glues or gels or and "special tools" should i get to help with replacing my spark plugs, spark plug wires, fuel filters, valve gaskets, and intake gasksets? I know it's alot to ask, but this will be my first big job that i'm doing on my car and i dont want to screw it up. Thanks :thumb:

first advice dont change the plug wires if you are changing valve cover gaskets because of oil in the plug wells. it will just waste another set. 8mm Taylor spiral pros work excellent for the money. 75.00 summit racing.

Get the Motorcraft wires for the MTX, they're the best fitting IMO. Ford Parts Network carries them for $99 IIRC.

I know that i've got to replace the valve cover gaskets b/c they've worn out and leaked oil into the well, and i need to replace the plugs b/c they've gotten messed up from the oil, and the oil traveled up the plug wires, making them go to **** . I'm planning on fixing them all at the same time, as shown by the 60K service site on the SHO Phoenix Project website, but thanks for the advice anyway Jim.

And you'll learn real fast with SHOs... Sometimes it pays off the go Motorcraft... And, just about ANYONE here will tell you... Motorcraft plugs, or nothing at all.

i 3rd that when it comes to plugs MOTORCRAFT ONLY!!! Also if you still can find them try to get the PP's instead of the FM's plugs. double platinum almost always last longer.
