I think I have this right. After searching the past threads and V*sho.com I have come to the conclusion that Stock SHO's do not have LSD. My confusion is that every time i do a burnout. I leave two tire marks. the tranny is stock. Is there a chance that someone installed a Quaife or the like into it and it never got posted on Carfax???

That actually is pretty interesting. The gen3 (or any SHO for that matter) came stock with an LSD. Has your tranny been rebuilt? Maybe it was rebuilt with an LSD by the previous owner. Maybe you just have a strong tranny. But I wouldn't do too many more burnouts if you want this tranny to last you much longer.

If conditions are right, it definitely is possible to do a dual-wheel burnout on a car with an open differential. I know in my 93 it happened several times.
