I have:
oil in plug wells
crappy wires
crappy plugs
I need:
dry plug wells
new wires
new plugs

Should I fix the plug well issue first? And what does that take, and how long/much?

Yes you should fix the well first, the instructions are on my website. Even if you don't do the whole upper 60k right now at least replace the valve cover gaskets and plug well seals and then get some decent wires/plugs.

Personally, I would do them all at the same time.

Parts cost - around $160 - $200 depending on which plug wires you pick. Low end estimate is for AC Delco wires, Motorcraft plugs, and Felpro gasket set. Add around $40 for Motorcraft wires.
