Well the pulley on my gf's 94 ATX decided to crap the bed today and said it no longer wanted to be attached to the engine and went on its own way. The inner race of the bearing is still on the engine, what I need to know is how do I go about getting that off? Also if I take the pulley up to bearing service to have a new one pressed into the pulley can I just tap it back on?

So to sum it up i need to know how to remove the lower idler pulley bearing and reinstall it. 94 ATX

Thanks

All of the pulleys are bolted on. If the bolt head is still there, si,pmy remove the bolt and bearing. Then bolt on a replacement. If the head has been damaged, you'll have to figure out how to unscrew it and replace

Sorry if this is silly, but I think I may have lost something..The upper idler pulley assembly consists of the bolt, washer, pulley, and spacer..What goes with the lower pulley?

Usually it is best to start a new thread....and not renew one that is over a year old.

The lower pulley is just the pulley and the bolt. It doesn't have or require the pieces that the top one does.
