i really need the directions for motor swap!

I thought the ole ladys car blew a head gasket so i pulled the head off, what a chore, got it checked and they said it was good. so i pull off the

head that didnt make any noise when the car was running to get it checked. I am kinda hoping the heads are good and the block is bad heads

and intake to be ported if they are good and and installed on a donor car i bought for 350$, bad atx good motor. want it in the mtx to start a project.

I need the directions for the swap so that i can take it to the mechanic, ex FORD employee, 500 to pull both motors and put one back and get it in

running shape. I also need the max i can take off of the heads, "electrolosis pitting", so the machine shop says. CAN ANYONE HELP PLEASE???????

The V6 SHO heads can only be decked like .0030", which is usually too little to make any difference. In any case, your best bet is probably going to be to try eBay for a Helms manual. That will have all the specs, etc. for assembling the motor. If the guy needs a manual just to swap the motor, find someone else.

he dont need a manual to swap the motor, just to see what all has to come off of the 3.0 to go on to the 3.2
