I am on the southern border of CT and need someone to replace my clutch. I called garages around me and they want ridiculous prices for labor. I want the whole shonut setup but I need someone around me to put it in. My clutch still has a little bit of life left its just hard to get it in gear. Can you guys give me contacts to get in touch with who can do a clutch job on my 89 SHO? I am willing to drive to bordering states (NY, RI, MA..etc) I am sick of people not knowing shit about our cars. Please send web page links along with names and numbers. I want my car bac on the road! Thanks!

High labor cost be relative to where you live and how good the mechanic is. There's plenty of work involved. I think there is a few guys on the board who do this kind of stuff. Northeast or New England Sho Specialists? Something like that. Try the shotimes faq. for recommended shops in your area. There's a link at shoclub.com.
