About half a year ago i had to take my 94' sho to ford. I got the engine and trans mount changed and they installed new subframe bushings for free. I just noticed that the dampener on the driver side was missing. I took the car back to the dealership and the mechanic said that it wasn't nessesary and one would no longer fit. i have a shiny spot on my throttle body. Whats the deal did i just get screwed?car runs good but shifting could be better. Help me out sho fans. Do i need that part?

It fit when it came off, so it should fit going back on.

Get the part back from the Ford dealer and put it back on yourself.

It also sounds like one or more of your motor mounts have gone bad again. The roll dampener is there to keep the shock loads off of the motor mounts.

Thanx guys hopefully i'll be able to get that part back.

I doubt that will happen if it was 6 months ago, plus that part is discontinued... That fact that it won't fit is a load... :hpoop:
