...I am tired of getting ****** over by fellow members here so I am asking you guys...

I need a P/S / Water Pump tensioner pulley and bracket for my 3.0 engine. I have had multiple people offer the part and they either take my money and run, don't reply after the first reply, or blow me off completely.

Meanwhile, my car has been sitting in a Home Depot parking lot since Friday and I just learned that it has been towed. I now gotta fork over 125 bucks IF i can even get it out tonight. If tomorrow, its gonna shoot up to almost 200 bucks.

If anyone has a tensioner they can give away, and you are an HONEST COMMUNICATING FORUM MEMBER, please let me know. I don't care how much you sell it for or whatever. I just need the part as soon as possible.

I will get in my car and drive to your place right now if you are within 4 hours away.

This Guiness you speak of tastes like the spit of camel.

I have the one on the white SHO you can HAVE if you find me a replacement in the next few months. I can have it off tomorrow and mailed Saturday. I'll even pay postage for you.

None of the junkyards around here keep the motors in them, but a couple in omaha do.

First off, I'd like to thank SV&HOdan for stepping up and helping me out. Finally someone follows through. :salute:

Secondly,

You would be surprised at how many well known "tried and true members with good reps" either owes me money, did not not follow through with a promise, or completely blew me off in the past or currently. I will not post their names because
  • They are well respected members
  • I do not wish to make enemies with anyone else on the forums
  • I don't feel like ******** over 20 or 30 bucks here and there
  • Its just not worth it

I got the SHO out of the lot this morning after getting the run around for an hour or so. They would not let me take possession of the car because I did not have proof of registration. I told them that the registration was in the car but they would not let me go near the car as it was currently "not my property." After demonstrating politeness and respect to no avail, I showed the supervisor douche how loud I can yell. A few (read: several) choice words, a forehead vein explosion, and a mild headache later, I was handed the keys to my car and proceeded to load it up on my trailer after I cut a check for 192 bucks.

I stopped by the bank on the way back and ordered a stop payment on the check. **** 'em I don't really give a **** anymore.

Joe, thanks for the offer bud! But I would not have asked to take a part off of your running SHO. Sounds like something Clay might do but not me. :nut:

Chris, Your taste in beer is much like my sister's taste in beer... If I had a sister. :snicker:

Two words, Pink Sock.

The '90 hasn't been running for about a week. I did a compression test on it tonight. I'll start a thread to share my findings. FML.
