Ford Parts network would probably be the cheapest. (They are a sponser here.) It is a Ford only part, so no auto parts stores have them. You can also get a couple qoutes from your local Ford dealerships. My local one charged me $80 for mine, but that was a couple years ago, and I believe they went up.
