So, your 93 should only have three digit codes. Also, note that none of the 2 or 3 digit codes end in zero. A common way to read codes is jumping the EEC test connector with a paper clip to flash the CEL, so a zero in the code number would make it unreadable.

Your 332 and 565 codes are valid - ATX's have issues with the DPFE and the EGR passages getting clogged.
You never stated that the 10, 30, and 60 codes were from the cylinder balance test, just that you had those codes.
Compression would need to be checked with a compression tester, which is basically a gauge with a hose that screws in, in place of a spark plug. Crank the engine over a few times to get a reading (Either unplug the DIS so it doesn't start, or just remove the intake so that you can do all 6).
Testers can be bought or possibly rented from a place like Autozone.
Have the plugs and wires ever been changed to your knowledge? Is there oil in the spark plug wells? How many miles on the car?

There is this at the bottom of the page, i thought giving the 2 digit code was a dead give away
Im having a hard time getting any code to come on when the scanner is plugged in while the car is in motion, check engine light will come on when scanner is not on
what do i do about this?
