I just replaced the dis module and the cps and that fixed my car to the point that it drives normal without the cel coming on and the car stalling on me.now I have oil leeking steady out of my plug wells.it is starting to leek on the valve cover.my question is will it be ok like this till I have the time to take it apart and replace the seals and gaskets, plugs and wires.I wont have funds to fix it for about a month.I know spark plugs and oil dont mix but the plugs are soaked in oil and it still seems to run ok,a little ruff but it still runs, what do you fellow sho members think?

Pick up the valve cover gasket set with the plug well seals and replace them.

Total cost maybe $85.00 tops from AZ, take about half a day first time to pull the snakes and valve cover and replace the seals and gaskets.

After you've done it once it gets WAY easier to do the next time. Then save up some more pennys and pop for some wires and plugs.

If your gonna play you gotta pay!

Otherwise cross your fingers.

IF you pull the plug wires and they are cracked or worn a lot-
DO NOT change the seals without changing the wires at the same time.

I did and it ran like CRAP without the oil to insulate the wires from arcing to the block. I drove it about a month like that, and by the time I could afford new wires, the thing started smoking out of the exhaust (white smoke) pretty bad.

Then about 2-3 weeks later ShoBOOM- rod bearing failure. :frown:

Rod bearings and plug wire maladies are merely coincidental...not related IMO>
I would still heed the advice of changing it all at once though
