regarding a piston swap, and it turned into a ring gap fukfest. anyway i’m back with a new problem so any help is again appreciated.

put 10k miles on it, no problems good compression. made a post regarding other problem, just asking for steering gear recommendations. i won’t argue this time lol

Good to hear. I read your other thread about the the steering rack. I have never head of that many going out..esp OEM ones. Sounds like something is wonky in the control unit.

i’ve personally heard bad things about their EPAS. if control unit is PSCM i think it’s fine, failures were mechanical. i’ll try oem tho thanks for the input.
