Hi all,
Apparently i cannot search being a new member, i checked the announcement up to and clicked the link, says i do not have access, so sorry if this has been covered before. I did go through several pages to no avail.
Soooo, i have a '93 and a '94 SHO both are Automatics...i assume atx is the nomenclature used here.
The '94 idles pretty smoothly, and as i slowly rev in the driveway it seems ok up until the point where i see the secondaries actuate, then they start fluctuating back/fourth relatively rapidly which makes the engine "hunt" for lack of a better description.
Also when i dump the throttle, she bogs but eventually revs to the secondary issue, but will sit and seem to idle ok.
I recently powerwashed the engine in order to isolate/detect oil leaks and had to suck out water from spark plugs with my marine oil changer( I further flushed/rinsed the recesses with brake cleaner, the vaccumned again, pulled the plugs - looked good, re-inserted.
Thanks in advance for your help. I currently do not have a service manual as i recently picked up the '94 and have only had the '93 with no issues.
