I have a 2015 SHO and between 60 and 66 mph there is a kinda humming noise. Anyone else have this noise?

Is it louder when you turn the steering wheel 1 direction vs another? Then likely a wheel bearing, those usually show up at speed. Otherwise could be a driveshaft or a bad tire.

Yah SHO, I did all of that plus some . Took the ride to Discount Tire and told them about the HUM between 60 to 66 mph and they said that they would rotate and balance the tires and give them a close look. They did add weight to a couple of tires but nothing that would of caused a problem at speed. I changed engine oil but I am leaning towards driveline noise. When I changed oil I looked at the PTU for a drain plug but could not find one. I will check this further and also the rear diff. Is there a fill and drain plug on the rear diff and can I put a floor jack under the diff? The SHO has 21000 on the odometer and is still under warranty so I do have some time to try to figure this out. Maybe no fix :(

Unless your SHO has the performance package, the PTU has only one plug, officially used only for filling, but used for draining by enterprising enthusiasts :) Same story for the RDU, though if you REALLY wanted to, you could take off the differential cover (10 bolts or so?) to drain & clean the RDU completely.

Definitely do not use either differential as a jack point. Use the designated jack points to hoist the SHO into the air, or better yet, get it onto a lift to make it easy on yourself.

The RDU is not failure prone, but there are a couple of instances in which it had to be replaced to fix the hum/whine. The highest probability event is still a bad wheel bearing or more.

OK, and thanks for the heads up on the jacking points. Do you know if there is a gasket on the diff cover or if they just use RTV. I will keep looking.

Can't say for sure on this particular RDU, but the use of clear silicone rubber is not uncommon. For example:
Clear Silicone Rubber TA-32 ESB-M4G92-A
