when i first got the SHO, it was fast. this past weekend proved my dyno sheets correct. dynoed at 174HP, got my butt handed to me by a SHO with catback that dynoed 195. in a 3rd gear 70 MPH roll, he had me by a car length within a few seconds. where has my power gone ? cats replaced today, no change. should i look into sensors/relays ? or maybe motor is unhealthy ?

Have you checked the timing belt/tightness of crank bolt to ensure that you don't have a crank cancer problem? It seems like they manifest themselves by a loss of power sometimes. This could be totally off, but it wouldn't hurt to check. Catching it early makes for an easier recovery.
