So I searched and didn't find anything concrete. My sho has an intermitent (sp?) slight miss in high load/rpm situations. If I'm running out 3rd under full throttle it will be pulling hard, then miss for a split second and then keep on pulling. It only does this occassionally. I ran the codes and got a CID code. The CPS has reciently been replaced, so I am going to replace the Cam Sensor. I had leaky cam seal a little while back, so I think it may have caused the sensor to fail.

My question, is there a way to test the ignition componants? I was thinking I could ohm the plug wires and check resistance. What would I do for the coil pack and DIS module? Thanks

a sick cam sensor can cause your symptoms, so start there and see if it goes away.
