how to remove pin keeping me from getting my diff out

im stuck on the first pin i need to remove to get the shift gate rod thing out, it incredible seized in there i've tried heating it and hitting it, just hitting it and drilling it with an old bit. my new plan is to get a bunch of new bits and just go at it tonight.

You're using the correct sized drift punch to remove that pin, right?

If you mangle that bore, you're screwed.
