How to get the info added to each of my posts?

Can anyone help direct me to where I modify my settings to post information under each of my posts?

I see others have it with their mods and times, but I seem to be lost in where to add it to my account.

Click on your name in the top right and go to signature. There you can edit your signature and add your modifications.

I must be blind. Does the signature option not show up until you've been a member for a while?

I put stuff on the Account Details -> About section but that's not it either.

You must have a certain number of posts, etc. before you can edit that, and I don't recall how many that is. Just hang in there for a while and you will be able to do it.
