If the belt was recently changed and you have oil in your wells, the previous owner blew off the valve adjustment. Get the gaskets, a case of berrymans, plugs (motorcraft, others don't fit as well), sparkplug wires (oil ruins them quickly), shims and shim removeal insert tools. This way you can finish the 60K and the SHO will run much better.

Berryman's B12 spray carb cleaner. You use this stuff to get all the gunk out of the intake and to clean the EGR ports, because they will be filthy.
I found that motorcraft works best for me for wires and plugs. I don't have any experience with MSD wires, so no comment from me.
SHONut and other vendors rent shim and tool kits to use. Click on one of them that supports this site for more infomation.
These sites have information about the 60K service

DON'T OVERTIGHTEN THE VALVE COVER BOLTS!!!

The instructions at SHOPHOENIX says 12ft lbs but after just finishing this job I don't think I would go over 10ft lbs. Or else just go get a helicoil set before you even start this job because you might need it.

The torque spec on the valve cover bolts is 8-10 lb-ft. Just tighten them until the ****** on the bolt contacts the receiver surface on the head. Any more than that and you will either strip the aluminum threads in the head or break the bolt. Neither is desirable.
