Ok about a month ago my clutch plates in my 94 atx started to slip from first to second. at first it was barely notice able. Now the car practically throws itself in nutrual for 3-5 seconds while shifting and not just from first to second now from third to fourth also. When it kicks in gear the tires actually chirp. I took it to a some guy who said to change my tranny fluid (the big flush) becuase it was burnt and brown. He said even after that though its unpredictable. Anyone else incounter this???? How long till the trannygoboom.

Not long, if the fluid is burt up its because of the slippage. It will just end up like that again.
