G'day...are you talking the hard lines or the rubber..??
If it's the rubber...$15-20 then approx. 30 minutes to swap it out followed by a good brake bleed..
If it's the hard lines..well..that's pretty cheap too, but alot more of your time required...just did mine front to back back in May for under $100...took me a couple of days with alot of cursing..
required...3/16 steel brake line roll of 25 ft or you can get numerous pre-made lengths at Napa..just make sure they have the required fittings...$5-10
A good double flare kit will come in handy..$30..usually includes a pipe cutting tool.
1 bag of 3/16 fittings and a bag of 3/16 unions(steel)..$10..try to do the lines WITH_OUT using the unions if you can..I used a few too many, but she seems to be holding up well.
2 lines in from the front ABS pump to the rear proportioning valve, then 1 each out to rear wheels..drivers side is short and easy to do..passenger side goes up in front of the gas tank held in with a few clips..there's alot of room in there, so the line doesn't have to be fab'd perfect, but close is good...do a good leak check followed by a full system bleed..
Since your in a rust belt area, chances are you'll have other lines rupturing in the near future..check out your front distribution block ..my brake line replacement started there...

As for the tires wearing, mine had same problem..rear wheel hub bearings...changed them both for under $100..takes 5 minutes with the calipers and rotors off...32mm deep socket required..
Hope this helps you out a bit....good luck..!!!
