I have this noise coming from the Clutch, and I'll all most certain it's the TOB. Can i just change the TOB with out all the work of a normal clutch job?

If you guys are getting that noise its really time to replace the TOB because it is most likly wearing on the pressure plate fingers. while your in there you should replace the clutch too.

It's the exact same labor (minus about 10 mins, since you aren't changing the actual clutch). FWIW I'd do both while you are in there, and use a ceramic TOB next go around...
