how do you tell if the valves need adjusting

hi i was wondering how you tell if the valves ned adjusting, i was told all the regular maintence was done on it but recently the plug wells have filled up with oil and it couldn't need a 60K for another 30K if he really did the first one, everything else if good on it besides the oil in the plug wells should i just replace the seals or get the valves adjusted also

If it just had a 60K done on it 30K ago, the valves are fine. What happen is the plug well seals in the vavle covers are bad. Its not a big deal, and they are a regular thing you need to replace. They should have been done with the 60K but sometimes they are not done.
