Just get underneath your car and on the underside right near the lip on the driver's side you will see the e-brake cable running along it. About halfway down there is a spot where you can adjust it.

Along that topic, My e-brake on the left side holds nice and tight but the passenger side doesn't hold because there is excessive slack in it? How can I remidy this?
