How do i fix Code 327?

Hi, I have a 1994 Taurus SHO ATX,

It has code

327 : EGR valve position circuit below minimum voltage

(According to my code reader book)

DO i have to replace the EGR Valve? or do i clean it?

EDIT:: i should clarify that i DID search =] im looking for a HOW to clean EGR valve... thats what im after.. thanks guys

You can clean it all you want (just remove it and spray it out with a good intake cleaner) but that won't fix your problem.

See my post in the other thread you hijaaked...

I saw it first and answered there.

yeah sorry.... didnt mean to hijack it =/

i swapped the sensor out with one from a 1994 ATX with no CEL and it made mine go away no probs..

thanks for the info
