i popped my hood and i heard a hissing sound i start checking hoses and right around where it says 24v on the intake in between the two i beleive they are called intake runners there is a small object with a hose coming out of it the hose runs to the iac or iab as some know it and goes to the back of the engine near the middle of the firewall and connects to a black round object i beleive it is under the plastic piece that ur eec tester and all this is supposed to be in. on the hoses way over near the iab the hose goes vertical and there is a hose that comes out of it horizontally that hose on my car doesnt go anywhere!!!! and it is ripped at the end i have to go to work in a few hours is it going to cause damage driving it like that? and what does that hose connect to?

i cleaned my iab and i think i am wrong about it running into the iab i think it runs UNDER the iab it is not a big hose maybe pencil sized it has at one point a tannish colored cover over it. it seems to be sucking air also

um well that wire has a Y connector that splits to the the other secondary controller i think. you have two sets of secondary valves. so the other wire plugs into the same looking thing on the other side of the intake. might be busted there. maybe hose has a hole in it too. i would say you can probably buy that hose at like an auto parts store somewhere or online. ask for the same size and density. good luck
