My horns sound pathetic and embarrassing when the car is off, they aren't getting enough juice.
When it's on they work better but still sound weak and crappy.

I have a pair of Stebel air horns, yes pair. 139db x2? I used to have it on my bike before I sold it. I wanted to hook them up but found that the original horns I have are two separate horns high tone and low tone.

They both only have one wire connecting them.

How would I hook up my horn to the switch? I have a separate piece of wiring for these horns to a relay and they will draw power directly from the battery.
The original circuit only serves as the switch. The horn wiring I have needs the two horn wires to connect but these horns only have one.. How should I get this done?

clock spring

It is easy to check out a clock spring. Pull the clock spring off. then take an ohm meter and check each wirecoming out of the clock spring on the top and bottom. I found 1 wire that was not making contact thru the clock spring. I had a used one so I checked it out with the ohm meter and it was good. Reinstalled the spare I had. Fixed my cruise control and stopped my constantly flashing air bag light. Took about 3 hours to ter it down and check it and put it back together. Good 3 hours spent.
