I have a 93' ATX and the horn and the cruise control stopped working. The horn work on and off for a little bit but after that it just stopped working forever. But the thing is the horn still works when i lock the doors with my keyless entry. Any suggestions?

My guess would be something wrong in the clockspring assembly, which is located underneath the steering wheel. I believe it's common to both the cruise control and horn circuits.

P.S. Welcome to SHOForum.

WARNING: The clockspring is behind the airbag. Read the past threads regarding disabling the airbag before you even think about removing it.

New clocksprings usually come "centered", but this should be checked before a new clockspring is installed. The clockspring like wire ribbon winds up and unwinds (like a clockspring) as the steering wheel is turned from the center to full left or full right. If the clockspring is not centered you could snap the wires while turning the steering wheel and have to buy another clockspring.
