Hood strut hardware + relocation kit - actual hood struts

I have the struts. Looking for all the nuts/bolts that attach the hood struts to the firewall and hood, one of those official kits that relocate the struts to the fenders, and a complete set of those triangle-shaped rubber bumpers/stoppers that fit in those key-shaped grooves on the fender.
