My 93 sho hissis when i step on the gas dont no if its the timeing belt or idler pully. if any one know let me no thaks!

You could be hearing just intake air being ingested or a vacuum leak, or a pulley bearing, or the tranny pump, etc.
You'll need to do some testing to see where the noise is originating. Open the hood and start manually working the throttle to try to narrow down what area of the engine the noise is coming from and then try to pinpoint it more precisely.
Also, if you find the general area but can't narrow it down, you can buy a mechanic's stethoscope at most auto parts stores for under $10.
