I recently had a full 60k done and from the serpantine belt/timing belt area its louder now. More highpitched and moves with the Rpms.Im thinking this is because the old bets were loose and the new ones are tighter thus the noise?Any ideas?

Probably a tight timing belt. If it doesn't get any better after a couple of weeks "break in" period then you ought to adjust the timing belt tensioner.

A new timing belt will whine for a while until it gets familiar with the sprockets.

To reset the tension of the 3.0L's timing belt after instalaltion, I have posted the steps several times. If you can't find them let me know.
