I have a 2018 SHO. I am about to order the LMS Stage 3 package. I have been giving some thought to getting high flow cats as well. I have mixed feelings. $750 is a lot to spend for 10 horse power.

Does anyone have the high flow cats? How do you feel about them? Are they worth the money? Do they have an effect on the throttle response? Please advise.

I believe you might throw codes with those downpipes for NY inspections. PPE has some that I heard do not throw any codes. There are lots of threads on this forum about downpipes likes and dislikes.

Downpipes are the bottleneck in the intake/exhaust to having more usable power. They can bring the torque on as much as 500 rpm earlier, and make the sound a little deeper as well.

Welcome! I am from N.Y. as well.. The DP'S are worth the investment.. I made the mistake going with the thunderstorms from lms.. Go with the PPE as said to pass inspection.. LMS tunes for the dp's its worth more than 10 pony's.. I picked up 2 tenths at the track.. Good luck!!
