I like Red Line Synthetics Lightweight Shockproof for both the PTU and RDU. There are guides to do it yourself, but finding a dealer willing to do it or having the knowledge to do it seems to be getting harder by the day.

Check shops that work on German cars. I got mine changed at Audi/BMW performance shop for $200.

Transmission shops are hit or miss, but a place that offers BG driveline services are a good bet. Just go to BGs website and search for shops in your area. The one I went to charged me $108. I used amsoil severe gear. There was some confusion (miscommunication with the service advisor there) and they put the BG fluid in by mistake, but I took it back the next day and they swapped the amsoil in for free. I’m just going to do it myself next time though to avoid any possible confusion and additional cost. I was just being lazy and didn’t want to deal with the PITA of doing it on Jack stands. I still have another quart of amsoil I need to use next time, but after that I am going to give the redline LWSPF a go.

You would be very hard pressed to find a Ford dealer that will do it, but I think some guys have had luck with Lincoln dealerships.
