Maybe some of us could get together on an off weekend at VIR and put together a sho show. I have been told a guy here that owns a body shop teaches road course classes and has done one with the SHO before. Put on some race tires and have some fun. Or just sit and show.

How would someone go about getting something like this started?

I used to own an Integra Type-R and VIR is only available on weekdays for anything approaching a realistic amount. We had the ITR Expo there and all we could get was a Monday/Tuesday event.

Best bet is to pick an event (NASA, CarGuys) and just co-ordinate a bunch of SHO folks to show up and run. An SHO-specific event - IMO - would not be sufficient to get VIR (or any other track).
